1. Status Check: Two Weeks Out

We are exactly two weeks from the July 4 launch of The Stolen Stream bundle. The $9.99 package — 3-Book Ebook Box Set — is locked. The landing pages are in QA. The asset kits are finalized (see Section 4 below). Now it is a sprint to build affiliate momentum before launch day.

Our target: 26,000 units ($520,000 revenue at $9.99). Every affiliate who joins this week has a full 14 days to test their funnels, prepare their audiences, and position themselves day-one ready.

If you are reading this and have not yet signed up, there is still time. Your commission ladder rises with volume — every unit you sell this launch carries the rates outlined in Issue #001.

2. Affiliate Pipeline Update

Here is where we stand on outreach and signups as of Sunday, June 14:

Wave 1 outreach (sci-fi blogs, booktuber channels, indie author communities, and genre podcast networks) launched on June 8 and has driven 42 signups. Wave 2 goes out Tuesday, June 16 and targets the -focused audience — music reactors, ambient/dark-synth playlists, and film-score commentators. If you have personal connections in those spaces, reach out to affiliates@mesoblackmedia.com for an intro link with your referral tag.

Your job this week: test your links. Every affiliate gets a unique tracking URL. Send it to yourself, click it, and confirm the landing page loads. If anything breaks, flag it immediately — we want zero surprises on July 4.

3. New Swipe Templates — June 14–20

Three new swipe templates are now available in the affiliate portal. These are optimized for the two-week countdown window — urgency is your friend, but credible urgency, not hype buzzers.

Template A: "The Clock is Ticking" (Social — Instagram / TikTok)

Hook: "Two weeks until a signal from the dead zone reaches Earth. You ready?"
Body: "July 4. The Stolen Stream bundle drops — a full hard sci-fi novel, the complete ebook set (9h 47m), and a 19-track original . One price: $9.99. Pre-orders open now."
CTA: "Link in bio. Tell them Sixth sent you."

Template B: "The Stack" (Email / Newsletter Blast)

Template C: "The Angle" (YouTube / Podcast Mid-Roll)

Angle: Lead with the music. The 19-track original is the wedge.
Suggested script snippet (15-second read): "You know how some books come with a playlist? The Stolen Stream comes with the whole album. Nineteen original tracks scored to the novel — dark synth, ambient drone, pulse-wave tension. Read the book with the music, or just put the album on while you work. It's all in the bundle. Link below."
Best paired with: A video clip of the SCAR_ZONE loading-screen animation (available in the asset kit).

4. Pre-Launch Checklist for Affiliates

Complete the following before July 3 (the day before launch). Check off each item as you go.

• Test your affiliate link. Click it, buy a test copy (refundable), confirm the tracking cookie sets. Report any issues to affiliates@mesoblackmedia.com.
• Draft your launch-day content. Write your email, social post, and YouTube/podcast script now. Do not wait until the morning of July 4.
• Schedule your posts. If your platform allows scheduling, lock in your launch-day time slot. We recommend 14:00 UTC — one hour before the newsletter goes out — so your audience sees it first.
• Prepare a "recommendation" message. A 2–3 sentence personal note about why you are recommending this story. Authenticity converts. Your audience can smell a generic affiliate link from orbit.
• Download the latest asset kit. See Section 5 below for what is in it now. Refresh your local copy before launch day.
• Set up a SCAR_ZONE teaser. Post one piece of SCAR_ZONE-themed content this week (the glitch-loop video, a static screenshot, or the countdown card) to gauge engagement. The data will help you optimize your July 4 approach.
• Join the Syndicate War Room. A private Discord channel for affiliates launches this week. You will get early intel, real-time Q&A with the MesoBlack team, and access to bonus assets. Check your inbox for the invite link.

Pro tip: The affiliates who see the best results on launch day are the ones who have already posted about the universe before July 4. A warm audience converts at 3–5x the rate of a cold one. Use the countdown content in the asset kit to start the conversation now.

5. Asset Kit Additions & Changes

The asset kit has been updated as of June 13. Here is what is new or changed:

Access the full kit: Affiliate Portal → Resources → Asset Kit. If you need a specific size, crop, or format that is not there, reply to this email or ping the Discord — we do same-day custom requests for active affiliates.

Style note for SCAR_ZONE imagery: The core aesthetic is analog decay meets digital glitch — scan lines, VHS static, signal interference, high-contrast reds and blacks, fragmented CRT text. Use these visual cues in your own graphics to maintain universe consistency. Do not use generic sci-fi blue-and-white themes; the brand is intentionally harsh and corroded.

6. Next Week Preview

Syndicate Report #003 (June 21) will cover:
